Message for special requirements: I can personalize your pottery order so it would mean something extra special to the person the gift is for. You can request the colour of the house or boat or a  name or number in the design. Eg. on a boat.

Terms and Conditions The Sarah Nicol website and Terms and Conditions are designed for use within the UK. We are happy to discuss requests from outside the UK and will endeavour to fulfil them where deemed appropriate. A contract between Sarah Nicol and a customer exists only where an order has been received and the payment has been completed). Your statutory rights are not affected.  The Right to Cancel  You may legally cancel your order up to the point of despatch for items which have not been commissioned with personal features and up to the point of processing (after payment is received but work has not commenced) for items which have been commissioned with personal features. Returns Policy Once received, if you are dissatisfied with your Sarah Nicol product you may return it to me for a refund or exchange, subject to the circumstances of return. Exchanges or refunds for items are for the value of that item and must be received undamaged. Please return the item within 1 week of receipt and undamaged. Privacy Policy  We do not store credit card details nor do we share your customer details with any third parties. Delivery  Delivery to UK addresses is free. Delivery times vary, depending on the product and whether it is a personal commission or something we have in stock. Ceramics which are not in stock can take 2-4 weeks.
