Sarah Nicol has been a textile artist for over fifteen years. Appliquéd and hand embroidered textile pieces are inspired by journeys taken throughout the world. Pillows and books depict landscapes which together make panoramic views. The houses and huts have become doorstops or fragrant herb houses. The folk-art inspired textiles complement Sarah's functional ceramics decorated with similar naïve landscapes.
